Hmmmm… I think I am that Tim. Sometime soon Shanna is going to have to make up her mind between me and her other boyfriends, especially since she has another boyfriend named Tim, that is just wrong. I'll put a stop to it soon. Ultimatum time. And by ultimatum, I mean ultimatum.

I have never seen a mango cut that way, and I like it. My dad is the master mango cutter: he cuts the skin and just the skin off, without wasting the smallest bit of fruit. I don't know how he does it. He's tried to show me, but it seems it's not a genetic skill. Sooo maybe I should learn a way like this? I think I will try.

I love mango black bean salsa- there's a recipe on my blog. But the best thing I love about a good ripe abundantly scented mango is standing over a sink with one gripped firmly in my hands, while I blissfully and messily gnaw the flesh down to it's very last bit.
