Lately it's been rutabagas. We all need more veggies, don't we? I lean towards celeriac too but am kind of turned off by the cost. I try to stay mindful on the foods that are rote to me, but admittedly I don't always pay as much attention as I should. I think I'll work on that one. Thanks for the reminder.
