		<description>Thanks for such good post on losing weight, i had put on plenty of weight during and after pregnancy,  I am sure such tips would definitely help me loose weight, btw I just got to know one more thing to loose weight that is breastfeeding, it helps you losing weight that you put on during pregnancy!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Emma</description>
